If you want to find parents for Individual X, you will need to know 3 things about Individual X.
- Individual X’s complete name.
- The date (at least the year) of an event in the life of Individual X.
- The location (place) of that event.
If you want to find a spouse of Individual X, you will need to know 3 things about Individual X.
- Individual X’s complete name.
- The date (at least the year) of an event the couple shared (e.g. the marriage date, the birth of a child, or a census record between 1850-1940) .
- The location (place) of that event.
